As the Principal of the college, it gives me immense pleasure to welcome all of you to Solapada +3 Mahavidyalaya. We have tried to make an online resource, which will provide all relevant information about our college.
As an educator, my role is to guide and nourish our next generation to establish their skills to achieve their goals. Each student is special for me and I support each individual student to show their talent. We try to build their self-confidence so that they are unafraid to take the risk of attempting new challenges.
I support effective and innovative professional development that encourages teachers to be reflective to provide quality teaching and learning for each student. I believe that having passionate teachers is essential to an institution’s success.
At our college, all aspects of educational processes are carefully designed to cultivate and stimulate the intellectual, social, and personal development of the students. Our college is committed the entire development of students including academic knowledge, social skills, intellectual curiosity, physical endurance and a special emphasis on self-discovery.
We promote tolerance and mutual respect. It is our commitment to mould children to be hospitable thinking globally.
